Noticeboard

On Thursday 24th October the practice will be closed from 12 noon for staff training. Should you require urgent medical assistance during the time of our closure please contact 111.  Please ensure you collect any medication from your usual practice before 12 noon.

Unfortunately it has been confirmed by NHS Mail that on Friday 27th September 2019 the Hedon Group Practice email inbox was subject to a Phishing Campaign.  This happened as a result of receiving an email from a trusted source who had also unknowingly become a victim of the campaign.  According to NHS Mail this was a credential harvesting campaign only and they have not been made aware of any further data being captured.  The incident has also been reported to the Information Commissioners Office. We deeply regret any inconvenience this has caused to our patients.

New Patient Registration

If you live within our practice area you are welcome to register with us and our reception staff will be happy to guide you through the procedure. Eligibility can be quickly confirmed from your address so it would help if you could provide proof by way of a recent utility bill.

You will need to complete a registration form (GMS1) and a health questionnaire which will provide useful information whilst we wait for your medical records to arrive from your previous doctor.

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
